Mrs 498a filed 125 crpc. Mrs 498a is physically normal and PhD holder but not working. There is no proof to support Mrs 498a education qualification. Victim is physically challenged, a graduate and earning decent living. The guy being physically challenged can still earn a living, while Mrs 498a being physically fit cannot work at all. Let me know your thoughts. Would court consider the person's physical abilities while awarding the maintainance?
