As my advocate went on strike I had to appear as PIP in central administrative tribunal.There was a curved inner table with about 15 chairs. The advocates and PIPs have to go and and plead. The outer row of chairs consisiting of about 30 numbers is also occupied by public advocates.As my case is coming within 20 minutes i sat in the inner row as PIP.Police SIs also sit there.Is there any rule or act that PIP should not sit there?No one objected.When I plead I should be there. Unlike in civil courts there are no witness box.One person told I should stand outside till my case is taken up and only then I should come to the the curved table. to plead. Is it right?
