please help

We are planning to buy as soon as possible a part of a plot through GPA.Is it safe?We know that a registry is assured but we have no time.What is the actual procedure for GPA? How to commence it without ny future issues?please help.

Thank you for replying.The land is a part of a big plot.The broker assured us that he will get us the land registered through GPA in our name.We dont know if the current owner of the land has registered it or even he is a GPA holder.We heard that giving ad in at least two local newspapers ensures safety.is it required?

Dear Shradda,

first you check all the necessary legal papers with an advocate taken an opinion in this regard.

giving an ad in the newspaper is the last step in the process, first you should ensure who is the land lord and his title.
