I was falsely accused in a s/c 306 case without any evidence. The case is going on in the session court. Now all the witnesses is done only cross is remaining. None of the witnesses could produce any evidence against me. Now my parents are planning to get me married and my friend told me not to tell this story to my would be wife or her family otherwise nobody will accept me and I also cant ruin my life due to this false case and my lawyer also said that the case will be solved shortly. Now my question is if I go with my friends suggstion and hide all these matters can there be any trouble in future or can they suit any case against me?? I am asking this question because I am really scared of Indian law. Without any reason I am getting harrased for last 5 years. At the time of my girl friends suicide I was even out of station and there was no suicide note nothing was there then also the case is going on. Please suggest.
