Wife fights with husband and family members for silly reasons and goes back to her partents house. All reconciliation efforts through relatives fail. Wifes uncle, using his influence, gives a oral complaint to the police that the husband has an illegal affair. Police comes to the husband's house and takes his father for an enquiry ( as the husband was out). Later the husband's lawyer intervenes and brings back the husband's father. The husband becomes furious after this incident and decides he cannot live with such people anymore and wants a divorce.
To be on the safer side, he files an RCR for which the hearing is scheduled after 4 months. In the interim he plans to apply for divorce(might be in 2 months). Can the husband do so and how would the legal proceedings happen then and what would be the implications?
