We have land ., it came from fore father. My grandfather was owner of that land. My grandfather had three son. All the three died. Now my father has two daughter . 2 uncle have 2 son each.
So we are 6 cousin
All are owner
4 have sold land to third party . Can I claim preferenitial right to acquire property and try to purchase the land from court?

It's not possible, once a land is sold with out any condition for perferential sale.

u had the right of pre-emption before the properties were sold to 3rd parties. If the said properties that were sold were undivided among the sharers, then u have the right to partition them by metes and by bounds with the purchasers of the said properties.
