Respected Sir\Mam,
In Andhra Pradesh , we have an Act called "Prevention of Begging Act in AP,2006" .As per that act, Goverment has to identify the beggars and has to take them to the Rehabitation homes. But this is not happening.

Whom i have to approach to file a PIL?
Can I directly send a Registered post to the High Court of AP filing a PIL.If so how to do that.
Please advise on this.
