Colleagues, i want to know that in case i want to file a private complaitn under section 199 BNS (166A IPC) against the police official who is not registering the FIR as per Lalita Kumari then, do i need to send a seperate representation in this regard to the SSP Concerned to take action against the erring official before filling complaint in the court or can i proceed directly without the representation.
second question:-
in case i file a complaitn before the court then, which Police Station needs to be written in the headnote of the complaint.
