PROPERTY

Respected sirs,

Iam currently  residing in Israel and had purchased  a flat at bhayendar  in 1991…My wife and me were residing in Israel from the past 4-5 years but she is now permanently residing  in Mumbai at an another flat with our daughter. The ownership of the flat(Bhayendar) belongs to me…and the documents relating to the property are misplaced. Can I now make new documents for my property and what would be the procedure? Do I have to attend court procedures or simply make an application to the court for new documents?

Thank you and regards..

Dear Querist,

If the house property belongs to you, and since papers relating to same is missing, you may obtain certified copy of the same from sub-regiistrar office after paying usual nominal fee. Procedures are simple and not cumbersome.
