sir,

my father businessman has .he purchased a house in my name 30 years ago and later . he raised registerd will twenty years ago stating this house belongs to me and rest of his business,property another brother leaving sisters nothing.during his death he raised unregistered will with continuation to the first one stating that the house in my name should be registered in my sisteres name. pl clarify

1. gifted property to my wife can be registered as per continuation will. 2. sisters born before 1950s has any rights in  share of  business, property earned by my father. 3.  is first and second  will both are valid.

Always latest will prevails.  If sisters are born before 1950 and if there is no regd., partition then they become the co-parceners.  Here date of birth of sisters are immaterial, date of death of a father is material.
