Property from a married women being bought

A father brought property in her daughter's name when she was a minor. She grew up and married. When Iam buying property from her, her father and she are signing on the deed and not the son-in-law. No kids. They say he is busy. Can i buy the property?

Yes.

Thank you.

Facts posted suggest the property to be belonging to the daughter. Why you require her  husband's signature?

She can only sell it and if her father joins in the deed he can sign as a witness.  It is not necessary to jointly execute the sale deed.

In fact she is the absolute owner of the property with clear and marketable title on her name, therefore neither her father nor her husband needs to sign the papers for registration of the sale deed. in favor of the prospective buyer

Daughter is absolute owner of the property which she can sell it to any one even without information / consent / permission / witnessing by father or husband, both of them has no locus standi to stop her (daughter).
