Property right after converting

Hi,

My friend was a hindu she converted to a different faith, 1 year back along with her husband.

Her father in his life time brought a land on his wife and her daughters name. now her mother is telling her that she is going to give her nothing as she converted. saying that its hindu undivided family property.

Her father have other property as well what is her changes.

Also they have constructed a building the land is on her mother name, and the loan was in her name and she is paying the loan for last 5 years, does she have any change.

Regards

when property is in the joint name mother cannot say no to daughter, who has got equal share in the property.  Change of caste does not affect her share.
