Property transfer issue

Hi,

I have bought 49 yard land in Palwal(haryana).

By mistake, we have registered it in wrong khasra number. So, I talked to the owner and we have transferred the registry in tehsil.

There we have transferreed it in 3 steps:-

1. 6 yard(no issues in this)
2. 24.5 yard (no issues in this).
3. 18.5 yard
   
   In third one we have an issue:-

We we left with only 18.5 yard on our name, but we transferred 24.5 yards with the owner.

Please adviase, if there is any problem with this,

If yes, please advise with the solution.
