Property transfer - Person having unsound mind

A property was acquired by a senior citizen jointly held in name of his bahus Mrs. X (1st name) and her sister in law (matrimonial side, 2nd name). Now Mrs. X has become of unsound mind and the court has granted divorce to Mr. X on this ground. The conditions of divorce mentions that  in view of the settlement Mrs. and guardian of Mrs. X shall release respondents name from the property.

What steps needs to be followed for releasing name of Mrs X from the property?

Thanks for the response..

The condition of divorce only mentions that in view of the settlement Mrs. and guardian of Mrs. X shall release respondents name from the property. Nothin else is mentioned.

What is the procedure to get the name released?
