Hi All,
Please help me to understand whether Property VAT is implemented on Property purchased on 5th Aug 2009.
I have given Money to Builder for Property VAT which was or is implemented on property purchased between 2006 and 2010
But recently i came to know that the law is under review and not yet implemented.
Please advice how i can take my money back and on what ground.
is it true that VAT of property to be paid by Owner of apartment or Builder?
how much % of property cost to be give?
