Hi Experts , I have submitted Evidences year to date (past 3.5 years ) like form 16 ,form 26AS and bank stmts for my wife employment proof before the court , Now do i need to pay money to my wife ,How would be the judgement ? But opposite lawyer is telling that all docuemnts which i have submitted are FAKE ...but i have submitted the original ones ....Please suggest .

1. Opt for admission / denial of same.
2. They should be marked too.

Opposite lawyer will always agitate that the documents are Fake since the longer the case proceeds the more Vitamen M he earns .And as Tajobs has opted tell you wife to file an affidivat stating that the documents you sumbitted are fake .
If possible try to obtain Certified copy along with the seal of the bank of her bank statements in order to have it sumbitted in court . Alternatively you can summon the bank manager and he will do the rest about stating that her statements bank are correct .
And bingo the truth Prevails and you prove your point .
