Purchase of property in Companies Name

Hello all,

I have a querry as to If I purchase property in India through a Pvt. Ltd Company, what should I watch out for. I shall be doing so, as investment business for this Company and maybe do leasing, hiring, etc at an later date

Need some pointers as what to look out for from taxation / legality / future sale / Lease etc

You have not clarified the State in which the suit is to be filed and also the valuation of the proeprty. Please clarify.

Which type property your company purchase (1) Agricultur land (2) non-agriculture land (3) Industrial land the noms are diffrent in all type documents so u clarified your points please.

Can we purchase a non agriculture land measuring 1500 sq mtr.(approx) in the name of our pvt. ltd. company in the state of Uttarakhand and the sale deed registered.

Out of 03 Directors in the company 02 belongs to Uttarakhand.

Pls advice.
