Did the police file charge sheet already or still in process of investigation?

You wanted suggestion hence you chose this forum seeking solution to your problem. However you seem to have already approached court seeking remedy, now what makes you repeat the story here and seeking suggestions for the same remedy. you may wait for the outcome of the case and then revert for more suggestions in case the case is not decided in your favor.

What view the court takes of your story that cannot be predicted.  Usually courts favour women.  Going by that theory your quash petitoin will be dismissed.  However if you have money and time, you may approach court for quash  etc.  You need to discuss this with the advocate who is going to file the quash petition rather than anyone else.  Me or anyone else can do palm reading thats all, in this case where you are sitting somewhere and we are sitting somewhere.  Discuss all this matter in private with advocate locally.  It is advisable to delete off your query as this is open forum, and if you have put facts correctly there is good chance of opponent reading all this.

if charge sheet has been filed, then you can move before high court u/sec 482 of CrPC for quashing FIR and all the criminal proceeding.

Charge not filed. Can we argue on the basis of documentary evidences in high court for quashing. I had read in this forum that if we have impeccable evidence we can go for quashing. What can impeccable evidence be.
