Quash cheque bounce case through high court.

Hello Everyone!! I have filed two cheque bounce cases against the accused with all the relevant documents, documents submitted :-

Original cheque,(Which was signed and the amount was entered by him),

cheque bounce slip from back(stop payment by drawer),

Bank statement for the amount transferred to the accused.

Now the accused threatens me that he will quash the cases through High court.

What are all the chances by the accused to quash the case.

Proof of source from you, use by him, a few loop holes.

sorry sir, the question with the other thread was incomplete. I tried to modify it. But it doesn't works for me.
