Hi,
I am the owner of 1st and 2nd Floors of a house. Ground floor ownership is with a different family.
Floor 2nd has been partially constructed in the building.
Now I want to fully construct the 2nd Floor of the house, and also do some renovation on the 1st floor.
Now do i require a No objection certificate from the Ground Floor Owner to do construction on partially constructed 2nd Floor ?
If yes, then what all construction can be done without No-Objection Certificate ?
