Query on putting a case on fast track

i need as urgent help to understand the following - There is case which is going in Punjab - State vs Ranveer singh a business partnership case from 7 + years. i have the following queries - 1. is it possible to put a case in fast track 2. how should we proceed 3. we hardly get two to three hearings in a year, so please guide accordingly
