Questions about service offer letter issued by my college

 Hi,

I had joined my services in a central university few years ago. Before joining these I was working as an temporary employee for past few years within same university colleges (different to the current one).

I am specialised into mathematics (done PHD in that), however my current college put a rider in appointment letter that I need to take 'ALL' computer subjects along with my mathematics subjects.

This is to mention that I have done basic level course for computers (O-Level).

What is slowly happening that now I am being asked to take all computer subjects and college have grown, so I am hardly getting any time to teach my specialized mathematics courses.

Also my earlier pay was not protected as I was continuing in the same university college.

Can I do something legally against my concerns, as this is certainly hampering me professionally and economically? Or whatever is written in appointment letter is fixed even though I may not be professionally qualified to take computer subjects (as I don' t possess relevant education). And beleive that O-Level is not sufficient level to teach at college level. This wat college is cheating students.

To mention again, college is running short of employees and is hiring temporary/ad-hoc to fill these. Can't they hire a specialist computer background person and let me teach my favourite mathematics?

To me it looks like as if college took advantage of my ignorance about the text of a typical appointment letter and put clauses as they desired.

Any idea/pointer will be appreciated.
