Quit job

I just joined a company in IT sector as a senior program on last month. As per the appointment letter which I accepted,  It is written that this appointment is terminable on either side giving one months' notice or one months' pay.. But surprisingly, I noticed that although one month has been expired, I have not received salary but all other employees received their salaries. My Boss told me that it will be paid in the next month combinedly when I complete two months job. But it was not written in the appointment letter. Under this condition, can I quit this job just sending a letter that since you have not paid the salary as per the appointment letter, I consider this as a breach of contract from your side and I quit the job immediately without giving any notice. Please advise me.
