Hello, I wanted to change the date on my marriage certificate because currently I am in the process of my permanent visa and my migration agent said that I got my visa invitation on me being single. If I declare now that I got married then my visa might get rejected. Is there a process of re registration of marriage in court of law or can I register my marriage from different city. I have all the consent from my in-laws and my wife.

Legally it is not possible and how did you ask this question? Did you know that it is against to law?

The date of marriage once registered by following the procedures prescribed therein in all aspects properly, then it cannot be changed now at your whims.
You should have thought over it before marrying or registering your marriage.
