For compuattion of Fair Market Value for the capital gain tax i need Ready Reckoner rate pune 2001 for property valution with screenshot of the Ready Reckoner for Area Guruwar Peth , Location No 12/221 for Pune. Can i use index 2 for for the year 2003. for fair market value using CII for the year 2003 and arrive at Value for the year 2017-18.
