I have given 5lakshs to a person in 2016 for his business which he assured to return with intrest within 4 months....he has given stamp paper with the details and cheques.... But as his business didnt work well he didnt give the money yet.... And i didnt even submit the cheques because of his situation...But in the promissary note the money exchange was between me and him(individual ).... Now he has gone to UK for job and not in contacts with me...... I have one blank cheque with me....is there any legal way i can press him... Please...
