Rectification or ratification deed

Hi

We have purchased a plot from plot developer where there are 13 vendors for the Layout :

vendor 1 -  developer company

vendor 2 to 8 - individuals who have given power to vendor 1 (company represented by its MD)

vendor 9 - individual (MD of the developer company)

vendors 10 to 13 - individiuals who have given powers to vendor 9 (individual capacity)

Plot we purchased is from vendor 9 in his individual capacity as he is fully owing the extent of our survey number.

But by mistake in the document they have put the seal as follows where he has signed ;

Please let us know whether is this okay else, rectification or ratifciaiotn is needed.

All vendors 1 to 13 have come in the sale deed.
