Redevelopment

i have booked flat in a redevelopment project in year 2011, but till date waiting for posesion of the flat. Few members filed complaints with RERA and got order's fot possesion in Dec 2019. But developer have not done anything and posession on mentioned date is next to impossible.

During the time when people started compalining in RERA one intresting thing happened, our property was taken over by official liquidator. Till date possesion of the property is with liquidator only.

Now, few days back we went to RERA and they gave us 2 options, section 15 & 7, and accordingly we after discussing with existing society, decided to go for 2/3 majority for changing the developer. Fortunately one developer is ready to take the project but he is asking for some increased rate.

now few mwmbers are ready to give increased rate but few are strongly in oppose. With help of society can achieve 2/3 majority and take the project ahead? the people who are opposing will definitely appeal against us once we appoint new developer with 2/3 majority, will this appeal be considered in law of action considering the decision of the majority?

All depends on how well your lawyer uses his intra-personal skills to get majority approval
