Refusal of membership

Hi,

This Is Puneet here.

I want to ask: 

WHAT ARE THYE MEASURES TAKEN BY ME IN THE CASE WHERE....

I HAVE BOUGHT A FLAT FROM THE BUILDER IN A BUILDING IN MUMBAI, & THE SOCIETY IS REFUSING TO TAKE ME AS A MEMBER OF THE SOCIETY.

THE SOCIETY IS SAYING THAT THE SAME FLAT SOLD TO OTHER PEOPLE ALSO.

BUT, MY POINT IS, SINCE I HAVE THE FIRST REGISTERED AGREEMENT & I HAVE THE POSSESSION, CAN THE SOCIETY REFUSE MY MEMBERSHIP APPLICATION.

IF NOT, WHAT ARE THE MEASURES TAKEN BY ME AGAINST THEM TO GET ME REGISTERED AS A MEMBER OF THE SOCIETY.

1.  If the society is already incorporated and registered, then a appropriate application may be filed with the area Deputy Registrar of Coop.  praying for directions to the society to admit the flat buyer as its member.


2.  You may also additionally file a complaint against with the District Consumer Forum, for deliberate negligence on part of the society, to issue you a share certificate.
