Regarding education loans interest subsidy

Hello Sir,

Thanks for your turn around, He is telling me that M.Com course is not eligible for the claim of the interest subsidy,as it is not a Technical/Professional course,  but as per circular attached the banks has to approach the MoHRD, for the eligiblity, i have tried to get the list of courses from IBA, Canara bank but no one has the list, i have complained to Nodal Officers, CMD of the bank, as they have not replied positively i have approached RBI they are telling me  to contact MoHRD, i even called MoHRD, the concerned officer is telling your course is eligible for claim if they are not helping me, advised to file a case against bank,
