Hi Experts , this is related to my intrim maintanance case - case is running in the MMTC-1 ,I have submitted Evidences year to date (past 3.5 years ) like form 16 ,form 26AS and bank stmts for my wife employment proof before the court , Now do i need to pay money to my wife ,How would be the judgement ? But opposite lawyer is telling that all docuemnts which i have submitted are FAKE ...but i have submitted the original ones ....Please suggest

As I have already told you.
You can summon her employer who will testify as to her working in his organisation and also the originality of the bills.
Along with that you should have submitted to the court your income details minus expenditure ie your take home salary.
I just hope you have done that.
