regarding MRTP

i want to clear a doubt which is disturbing me regarding Packaged Commodities Act. i belongs to Lakshadweep. in Lakshadweep we should bring all the essentials except coconut and fish. while transporting the goods from mainland to Lakshadweep a poor businessman of island to pay high fright and loading and unloading charges. when the goods reached in the island the price will be normally high considering the transportation expenses. But the bussinessman of island could not able to sell the items more than the rate mentioned as MRTP. thereby the poor bussinessman doing business on loss. the manufacturer while fixing the MRTP ignoring the conditions of Isalnd and fixing the price suitable to other parts of the country.

now in short...what will be the solution for this problem of island businessman.

You are a poor businessman and not a big business magnet. You do not own a 5 star hotel or operate a civil airport. Because you are poor and not influencial enough in the eye of our LARDSHEEPS you all are discounted read do not actually exist. MRP act is in applicable for big bl**dy hoteliers, the AIRWAYS, AIRPORTS by YOURLORDSHEEPS through official verdict through our apex court i.e Supreme Court of NRI( NON RESIDENT INDIANS) sorry India.

So grow big and claim your part of the plum cake , stash black black money and stay happy forever.
