Regarding ratification deed

Dear Experts,

'X' person died with out making any will. 'X' person has two sons, one daughter and a wife.

A House property is in the name of 'X' person. One of his sons executed Relinquishment deed (by taking some Amount) infavour of 'X' persons wife.

My query is ,

Is it possible to write Ratification deed for Relinquishment deed in which another son and daughter will execute infavour of 'X' persons wife by paying proper stamp duty and fees.

Thanks in adavance,

Ramgopal Padala

Need not to execute a ratification deed. Another son and daughter can execute one more relinquishment deed in fabour of X's wife in respect of their share. X's wife will become the owner of entire property by virtue of two relinquishment deeds.
