1. No Notice of any type, is required to be given to Parents.

2. Some couples just simply run away, marry and sometimes come back to their Parents, after divorce or abandoning their partners.

There is no such condition stated in law regarding Court Marriage that the parties need to send a notice to parents about the happening of the event. A court marriage is kept hidden from family, friends, and society, and therefore it is usually kept as secret and thus providing information about it to parents is not requisite.
