I have query with respect to Delhi Shop & Establishment act. To make my query easy to understand, I am putting in pointers :
1. Currently I am working in a building which has cerfication under Delhi Shop & Establishment Act by the name of Sheeta IT Services Pvt Ltd ( Name is changed ). Building is in IT Industrial Area as only IT companies can be functional in this area.
2. But owner of Building has given us on rent and we are non IT company.
3. My registered company is based in another area in delhi and have certification under New Delhi Shop & Establishment Act.
I would like to understand do i need to register my comany under Delhi Shop & Establshment Act as the building in which i am working have certifcation by name of Sheetal IT Service Pvt Ltd.
