Regular Bail in High court

What are the documents the accused person's lawyer needs to provide to the Public Prosecutor so that he cannot delay the procedure other than the relevant papers of petition?

If there are no charges against the accused is found in the chargesheet / case diary how would it benefit the accused?

hi, ur query is not clear but i will give answer of ur Q, first of all the counsel of accused does't provided any document to PP.  if there is not charge in the chargesheet against the accused then the counsel of accused approch the court of where the case is trailable to quashing the case or to approch the high court under sec 482 crpc to quashing the case wich is falsely file and  baseless for harresment to accused.
