As per my Grandma's (expired) Will (Unregistered), I am a Vested Reminder ( Ultimate Benificiary)
and my Grandpa is a Life Interest Holder.
Ten years before, he renounced the life and today he stays in a Monastery as a Monk. He is going to relinquish his prior interest which he got from my Grandma's Will.
Therfore, I like to prepare Relinquishment Deed without Consideration to relinquish his prior interest in black & white, legally.
I heard that the Rs.300 Stamp paper is enough to draft the deed. I am in Tamilnadu
Is it right?
