Rent Control

Molar mal v.m/s kay Iron works pvt ltd, 2004 scc285. In this case the supreme court was interpreting the question in Haryana rent Control and Eviction Act, the section that says that once a landlord has secured eviction of a premises on the ground of personal requirement, he will not be allowed to apply again for eviction under the same section. The Supreme Court ruled that this question be decided by a larger bench and sent the file to the Chief Justice to decide this question.

Has  the question since been replied by the Supreme Court.
