Rera registration

I have developed 6000 sqfeet of land in Pune with 15 flats. The funding for project is personal funding. I haven’t reigistered for rera but have all permissions and commencement certificates from local corporation. The project is now completed and I have applied for completion certificate from corporation. Due to money issues I want to sell 2 flats out of 15 flats. Is it  must to have rera registration for sale of this flats. I should be getting completion certificate within next few months. Please advise.

In your matter it is must to have RERA registration.

What is the contraint, if any, in reistring with the RERA?

Projects that do not have a completion certificate, but were completed before the implementation of the RERA Act are considered to be a part of RERA.

In case your project commenced with all necessary permission and certification before commencement of RERA, which is prospective, no registration is necessary.
