Restoration cancellation deed

A HINDU MOTHER WHO WAS HAVING ALL RIGHTS ON THEIR ANCESTRAL PROPERTIES,HAVE GIFTED  (REGISTERED)PART OF THE ANCESTRAL  PROPERTIES TO HER 2 nd DAUGHTER, WHEN  THIS DAUGHTER WAS 15yrs OLD.

DUE TO UNSATISFECTORY RELATIONSHIP OF THIS DAUGHTER  WITH THE MOTHER,, THE MOTHER  HAS CANCELLED( THROUGH A CNCELLATION DEED-REGISTERED)  WHEN THIS DAUGHTER WAS 16 yrs OLD.

AFTER 6 Yrs OF THIS, THE MOTHER DIED, THE 2nd DAUTHER HAS CINVINCED THE OTHER SHARE HOLDER( HER SISTE-THROUGH COURTS) & MADE HER SISTER TO ACCEPT, TO INVALIDATE THE CANCELLATION DEED.& AS AN HINDU, THE 2nd DAUGHTER WAS ENJOYING ALL RIGHTS & SUDDENLY SHE HAS CONVERTED INTO CHRISTIANITY..

THE 2nd DAGHTER( WHO IS  NOW A CHRISTIAN) HAS ONE DAUGHTER NOW AGED ABOVE 30YRS & SHE IS LIVING AS HINDU.

1)  BECAUSE OF SUCH CONVERSTION INTO CHRISTIANITY,THIS DAUGHTER(HINDU) OF THE 2nd DAUGHTER WHO CONVERTED INTO CHRISTIANITY) WANTS TO RESTORE THE GRAND MOTHER'S CANCELLATION DEED, SO THAT, THE 2nd DAUGHTER WILL LOOSE ANY RIGHTS OVER HER ANCESTRAL PROPERTIES.

2) IS THERE ANY VALIED REASON FOR THE 2nd DAUGHTER( WHO IS NOW A CHRISTIAN) TO OBJECT
SUCH RESTORATION OF HER MOTHER"S CANCELLATION DEED????
