Revision appeal

Judicial magistrate had passed an order on my 125 case, where I was respondant. While I am in process of filing revision appeal in session courts, my wife has already filed a revision appeal against the order (her plea in lower court was maintainance of 50000 pm while JM ordered 20000).

My question:

a. Can I still file an appeal in session courts against JM order or now i can just be a respondant in this case.

b. How will this effect my case (any negative impact?)

Experts & seniors, please guide

You could either file an appeal or file cross objections in the appeal filed by her. Either way the cases shall be heard together.

WHo approached the court first is immaterial.
