Right to justice Act? Justice delayed is justice denied !!

“RIGHT TO JUSTICE ACT” ?

like

RIGHT TO INFORMATION ACT !!

Since

“JISTICE DELAYED IS JUSTICE DENIED”

And

IT IS UNREPAIRABLE.

People of Democratic India ever have the Right To Information as a part of their Democratic Rights.  But, the Bureaucrats have broken it under a false shelter of Official Secret Act 1923 which was actually gone died on 26 January 1950.  Therefore, now the RTI Act 2005 come into existence to penalize the public servants who deny information to any citizen within time frame and for its mean every citizen can have all the information within their individual capacity whatever the information a Legislative Assembly or Parliament can call.

Is there feasibility for “RIGHT TO JUSTICE ACT” like “RTI Act 2005” to penalise the judges (Public Servants) who do not provide justice (decision) within a time frame???

We found it is feasible and started work out a proposal on it.

What you think ?

I completely agree with you. Every Govt. servant should be held accountable for his/her acts.

This problem could be solved in two ways; by filling the vacancies and also by time frame disposal.

actually right to information act is sufficient, if judiciary is covered under it. at present it is not there.

RTI Act has covered every public authority AND judiciary being public authority hence is not excluded

Under RTI Act any citizen can take information and information means available documents in any form (Not in the form of oral question answer).

But, having the documents doesn't mean that one will have work done.  Where will you submit it as evidence ?  There where you are having sufficient evidence already submitted but trial and decision takes life time of someone.

So, Right To Information and Right To Justice both are different and separate aspects.

One more thing.....

Right To Information AND Right To Information Act 2005 BOTH ARE TWO DIFFERENT THINGS.

People have Right To Information and if any public servant seize it so to punish them it is Right To Information Act 2005.

Any act/bill passed and graduated to legislation is just an 'hum-buk' in hands of administrators and bureaucrats, who are nothing but POPETS of BLACK MONEY GOONS AND DIRTY+INFLUENCIAL EVIL MINDED PEOPLE.

The Law of Nature here is FITTEST SURVIVES and the Las of Demand/Supply, which means the LEGAL is in dire need of what ILLEGAL has in abundance - MONEY -

HERE ENDS THE JUSTICE. MAY ITS SOUL REST IN PEACE PIECE
