Sir, Actually I have submitted a request under RTI about What the relaxation recruitment policies..why the circle office neglected director orders and why the circle office granted the appointments of GDS POSTS to the dependent of regular employee under compassionate grounds to against of DOP&T rules. So the concerned CPIO given a reply after two months..and that too mentioned above objection of no answer to the quarries of what, when,why.... Please give a clarity..
