rti certified copy charges by IPO

is RTI copies fees can be pay through Indian Postal Order if piublic info officer asked cash and refused Postal order payment

You can demand receipt for payment of cash or you can pay through DD.

k but what about payment by way indian postal order.......? is it acceptable or not under law
