Rude and biased behavior of rwa president

If the president is misbehaving with you and insults you then you can give a complaint against him with the local police and gather support of other aggrieved owners who will give evidence to strengthen your complaint. 

You being a woman, the police will take immediate action against him. 

Sir, I have to continue living in this society for rest of my life with my kids alone. My husband is a sailor and don't want to go to police as it can affect him and me emotionally if police is dragged into this issue. We can keep getting targeted constantly in this community henceforth if I decide to go to police.The president is right now misusing his authority which I want to seize off him. Only under his support a few other residents are going rogue. Once he is removed I think there will be better peace in the community.  All other EC members are young and do not want to mess up with this person due to his age, lack of time and their job commitments. They are advising me and others to tolerate till next election and maintain peace inside the community 

This president may be replaced by a similar president with the same or even more worst behavior in future, then what will you do?

No doubt you need to take decision based on the prevailing circumstances, hence you may take a wise decision at right time before it is late.

Thank you for the confidence sir. I will be writing another email requesting for another meeting and inform them I am moving legally until my voice is not heard and cannot be framed a false allegations.This time I shall ensure all RWA members take equal responsibility in handling the issue and a collective fair decision is taken. Else I will go to police surely. Thank you once again
