I am a resident of a independet house and stay in a community which has a association. At the time of registration the association has included a clause of association in our sale deed that we will be a part of the association and pay the maintanance. But we are the only house which is outside the gated community without a gate and a wall on the public main road but all other are inside the gated community. So we informed the association that we will not pay the maintainance and want to provide our resignation.
Can we provide resignation to the association and cancel our membership with them?
What is the procedure to do so?
What to do if the association do not accept our resignation and harass us?
Dont I have the right to live my life without being a member of this association not using their amenties which are not accessiable to us until we get into their gate
