I had a 3+ year relationship with a girl, she is doctor and I am Software engineer, we met through social networking site, we stayed in relation for 3 years and finally agreed to marry according to Muslim Shariya Law.
before Marriage, it was a demand from my wife's family to purchase a seperate house, as she was not ready to stay with my family. I did so, I purchased a house jointly with my mothers name. When they got to know that house is jointly owned by my mother, they resisted and asked me to remove my mothers name, for this she prepared a "Relinquish Deed" and got it signed by my mother, same was notarized. Her parents kept a zerox copy of it and original was held by me.
After marriage, girl started haressing me by not allowing me to go to my parents house, and even put restrictions on my phone calls to my family. On the other side everyday she used to go to her parents house. When this harassement exceeded the limit, one day I asked her that I can not bare this anymore and we should meet a councellor and resolve this issue. She went back to her house and stayed there for 5 days. meanwhile she threatened me multiple times of false dowry case on me and my family, I have recordings of it with me.
When I went to her parents place to bring her, Her family threatened me to kill my family members, if I do not accept all their demands. I was surprised and feared with their threat, as they are quite influential and have powers to do this. I was very depressed so I took high dosage of medicines to kill myself, upon knowing the fact, My wife also consumed high dosage of medicines immediately after 20 minutes of consumption by me.
We get hospitalized, there I gave my statement about harresment by her family and threats given by her mummy. She recorded statement against my Mummy. Then her parents took her to another hospital and I dpnt know what report they took from there.
Later she went to Mahila Mandal and gave me a notice, I did not appeared there and repsonded them with a letter that she is misguiding them.
Now I got call from Beat Police Station with 360 Section Notice to come and meet. I went there couple of times, Police is now pressurizing me to take her back to same house where we were living. But I have already rented that house. I have following point:
1. I have phone recordings where she is abusing me and my family and threatening me for false dowry case.
2. I have recordings where she has agreed that she has taken all her belonging with her wish, as she do not wanted to come back.
3. I have recording where she is mentioning, she will cheat on me by giving birth to some other person. AS of now she is not pregnant.
4. I am ready to bring her back to a rented house, but she is refusing it and wanted to return to our old house only where we were initially residing.
On above mentioned facts, I have below queries:
1. I have 2 houses jointly owned by me and my mother, can I fully transfer them on my mummy's name, so that she can not claim my hard earned money.
2. All the threats which I have recieved from her and her family on phone recordings, can it help me in saving myself and my family against false cases or charges.
3. Can I obtain an anticipatory Bail for me and My family, so that in case she registers a false case, we can be saved from being arrested. What will be approximate cost for it.
