Salary credited after resignation

I have left the job of Govt Primary teacher in a school under Kolkata Primary  School  Council, in October 2022. The school inspector and the senior teachers of my school were really problematic for me,and disturbed me as much as they could, taking advantages of their seniorities and post. Even I didn’t get my salary in the last 3 months working in that post. After a lot of turmoil I finally left the job.the authority has not cleared my die payments till now.

In this scenario, in this April 2024, I suddenly got salary credited through NEFT in the bank account. But it happened only in April, neither earlier nor later.

Now I am very anxious whether they can charge me showing any offence, or pose any problem to me legally or officially? What should I do now

If a government teacher has not received their arrears salary, they can take the following steps: 1. _Contact the school administration_: Reach out to the school principal or administration to inquire about the delay. 2. _Escalate to the department_: If the school administration is unable to resolve the issue, contact the state education department or the department of finance. 3. _File a grievance_: Submit a grievance petition to the concerned authorities, such as the Public Grievance Redressal Cell or the State Human Rights Commission. 4. _Seek legal advice_: Consult a lawyer specializing in labor or service laws to explore legal options. 5. _Approach the court_: If all else fails, file a writ petition or a suit in the relevant court (High Court or Supreme Court) for the release of arrears salary. 6. _Contact the teachers' association_: Reach out to the local teachers' association or union for support and guidance. 7. _Submit a representation_: Submit a representation to the concerned authorities, highlighting the issue and requesting immediate action. Remember to: - _Keep records_: Document all correspondence, notices, and communications. - _Follow up regularly_: Pursue the matter regularly to ensure resolution. - _Seek support_: Reach out to colleagues, associations, or unions for support and guidance. Consult a legal expert or a service lawyer for specific guidance on the matter.

Thanks for your kind reply regarding my arrear salary, but my present concern is that I have received a salary credited to my bank account, in April 2024, after 1.5 years of resignation. But it came only in April, neither earlier nor later.

Now, i want to know, what could be my next step? Can this incident pose any problem to me, or can my ex-seniors create any issue and accuse me?

You have received your dues / outstanding earned money, there is no problem / dispute.

Just cool down.
