Which are these certificates: Your original testamonials?

 

You file your case in appropriate court and get your dues and academic and other certificates.

My Consolidated marksheet and provisional certificate.

i dont mind about pc,need consolidated marksheet.

Why did you handover your original educational certificates for getting this job?

Did employer ask you to submit your original educational certificates in writing?

Did employer issue any acknowledgment to you for having submitted your original educational certificates in writing?

Did you record the bad words of employer (she) and pressure to resign?

 

What is urgency to get your original educational certificates now, all of a sudden? You must be having copies.

Is employer refusing to return?

Is employer laying some conditions to return?

Did you tender notice of resignation, or resignation with immediate effect?

Did you sign any service agreement?

Is employer asking to tender some payment say: Notice pay/Liquidated damages?

 

Did you lodge complaint with Management under proper acknowledgment?

 

Employer can waive off Notice period/pay by its discretion.

Your state might have constituted 'Educational Tribunal'.

Teachers can approach such tribunals.

I gave letter to management also,there is no response if called too... They asked to submit originals and not acknowledged it Iam nt urging it to get certificates. There is no agreement or anything else like tat.because of straightforward talk she doing like this.

Demand to give all original certificates back.

If possible for you visit and collect these.

In future show originals and tender attested copies or atleast obtain acknowledgment of having submitted the originals.
