i m assistant engineer in MPPTCL(wholy owned by Govt. of M.P.) from Jan/2007, at the time of requirement company gave Adv.i.e after training of one year on regular appointment the pay structure is 15600-39100:PB3+Grade pay(RS 5400)+DA+other allowances. but after 4 yrs company introducing new human capital and wages allowances, according to this grade pay is totally vanished and also all the allowances can be paid on basic only & before this new scheme allowances be paid on basic+grade pay. More employer not paid the full DA they divide into two componenets variable DA and fixed DA. Due to this my salary will be reduced something about 8000 to 9000.plz help
